Stephen Winner and Michael Chenoweth, Jr. met a few years ago while working together for a well established commercial developer and builder in Maryland. It was during this time that the idea to venture into their own company was born. Both partners have many years of working in the industry gaining skills and knowledge in all phases of construction. Giving Back
Stephen and Michael have a multi-faceted vision for giving back to the local Baltimore community.
It involves teaching trades to teens/adults to help give them a means to earn a living as well as helping with the trade shortage as less and less people are entering into the construction trades. In addition, their desire is to provide this hands-on training while working on restoring homes in poor condition that would result in beautifying the city and providing additional housing for its residents. This vision is one of their long-term goals and they are excited about the prospect of eventually making it a reality. Stay tuned...
