More about Steve Winner.

Steve Winner's mother owned a roofing business for many years which is where his exposure to construction began at an early age. As an adult, he's gained years of valuable hands on experience and knowledge working for over 10 years in the Operating Engineers Local #37. During that time, he worked at various places such as Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant and Bethlehem Steel before actually being part of the team to demo the 3,300 acre steel mill which began his transition to demo gaining 8 years of experience... Following that, Steve spent 4+ years learning from a true trend setting local developer expanding his knowledge in site development, sediment erosion and all phases of commercial construction.

​Steve's passion for safety and continuous learning and development has led him to formerly receive many industry certifications such as:

• OSHA 10 Certification

• Crane Signaling

• Rigging Certification

• TWIC Card Certification

• Responsible Person Certification (State of Maryland Erosion and Sediment Control)

• CPR certified ​

Competitiveness and attention to detail are what drives Steve both personally and professionally. Much like sports where you need a game plan to win, Steve likes to bring that same planning mentality when tackling any construction project.

​When Steve is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan and their two beautiful young daughters who he calls the "loves of my life".

Outside of work and family time, Steve coaches both youth and adult sports to help keep his love for competition and sports alive!
