Storm Restoration Sales Specialist

​Overview
Winner-Chenoweth Enterprises, a leading residential and commercial contractor servicing Baltimore and Southern PA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Storm Restoration Sales Representative to join the team for our WC Restoration Services, LLC division. This role is essential in helping homeowners recover from storm damage by providing them with the best restoration solutions. In addition to having experience in roof and water storm damage restoration, the ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a key player in helping our business development efforts in the area of storm damage restoration, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and strategic upselling.

What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in storm restoration through outside sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their restoration requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.

Requirements

- Experience assisting with the communication and entire process between homeowner’s and their insurance.
- Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales in the restoration industry with a particular focus on roofing.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in business development and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse client relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM software is a plus
- Clean driving record and criminal background check

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• 1099 contract

• Commission pay
